| PRS EXECUTIVE SEARCH - INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS IN THE FAR EAST Unlike the Middle East which is logistically easier to visit frequently, the Far East is harder so for nearly 25 years, PRS has collaborated with trusted partners who live and work in the Far East where, from time to time, demand for construction professionals exceeds local supply. Whilst the search and selection criteria remains firmly in the hands of our PRS consultants, accurate and early local intelligence about market trends is important and from our experience having trusted local ‘in country’ partners provides this vital need. Our current Partners are all past PRS clients and are seasoned and well regarded senior construction professionals with a wealth of international contacts and experience. MALAYSIA Richard Moss BSc MICE. Richard first arrived in the Far East in 1991 and spent several years with Bilfinger Berger in Malaysia and finally Vietnam as Country Manager before returning to Malaysia where he operates as an independent consultant providing engineering and contractual advice and services to local contractors and consultants. David Knowles recruited Richard into Taylor Woodrow International in 1975. THAILAND David Pestridge FRICS. David has worked in Hong Kong for over 25 years, most of this period with Leighton as Commercial Director Hong Kong and more recently as Senior Commercial Advisor to Al Habtoor Leighton in Dubai. David has lived in Thailand for many years and returned in 2012 having finally retired from Leighton. He has established a local consultancy providing commercial advice to construction industry companies throughout Thailand. David Knowles recruited David into Taylor Woodrow International in 1976. SINGAPORE David Shuttleworth FCIOB, FRICS,FCIArb,SIArb. David has over 30 years experience as quantity surveyor, contracts & commercial manager and contracts consultant with international contractors and consultants in the construction and related industries, now specialising in contractual advice, dispute resolution, contract administration and contracts and commercial management, claims management and expert witness work across the Asia Pacific region, based in Singapore. Prior to establishing his Singapore business, Foremost Consultants Pte Ltd in 2006, David spent 9 years with High-Point Rendel in Hong Kong and was later in Singapore as their Country Manager. He was previously with John Mowlem & Co. and the Amec Group in the UK and overseas for 16 years before joining Dragages in Hong Kong as Commercial Contracts Manager for the HK Exhibition and Conference centre in Hong Kong in 1997. David was placed there by David Knowles. |
